Dr. Rebecca Rayburn-Reeves is a Senior Director at the Institute of Consumer Money Management (ICMM) and founder of Tomorrow Me, LLC, a research consulting firm focused on enhancing financial, physical, and mental wellbeing across the lifespan. With over 20 years of experience in both academic and applied research, Dr. Rayburn-Reeves has expertise in learning, memory, behavioral flexibility, and choice architecture. She has published nearly 30 peer-reviewed papers in Psychology and Behavioral Economics.
Dr. Rayburn-Reeves earned her PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2011 and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Tufts University. She later served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Georgia Southern University, where she mentored undergraduate researchers and directed the Animal Lab [RATPAC]. After returning to her home state of North Carolina, she worked at Duke University’s Center for Advanced Hindsight, collaborating on financial literacy initiatives, including the NOVA Financial Lab, which she now incorporates into programs for the Enterprising Women Foundation.
